Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the 365ui.com website. Paid engagements for production AI systems are governed by a separate written agreement signed at the start of the project, which controls in case of conflict.
1. Use of the site
365ui.com is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, link to, and quote pages with attribution. You may not scrape the site at a rate that materially affects availability for other visitors.
2. Intellectual property
All copy, diagrams, and screenshots on 365ui.com are owned by 365UI unless otherwise marked. Trademarks of third parties (e.g. specific S&P 500 customers) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes.
3. No warranty on site content
Information on 365ui.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Performance numbers shown in case studies reflect a specific deployment and are not a guarantee for any new engagement.
4. Engagements
Pilot and production work for customers is scoped, priced, and warranted in a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to deliver a specific outcome until that agreement is signed.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 365UI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of 365ui.com.
6. Governing law
Disputes arising from use of 365ui.com are governed by the laws applicable at 365UI's principal place of business, exclusive of conflict-of-law rules. Engagement agreements may specify different governing law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by changing the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
