Privacy Policy
Effective: May 7, 2026
365UI helps enterprises run private AI systems. We treat the data of our visitors and customers the same way we treat our own — minimize what we collect, never sell it, and never feed it into model training. This page explains exactly what we do.
1. What we collect
Marketing site (365ui.com): only what your browser tells us — IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL — collected by our hosting provider's standard request logs. We do not run third-party analytics, ad pixels, or session recorders. If you email us at hello@365ui.com, we keep the email and your reply thread. Production systems we deliver for customers: data ownership and processing terms are defined in your individual engagement agreement; we are a processor on customer infrastructure.
2. How we use it
Hosting logs are used to keep the site online, debug errors, and detect abuse. We do not build advertising profiles, do not sell data, and do not share data with third parties for marketing.
3. Cookies
365ui.com does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a strictly necessary cookie if added later for site preferences (e.g. language); none are present today.
4. Retention
Hosting request logs are kept for the period required by our hosting provider's defaults (typically 7–30 days). Email correspondence is kept until the engagement is closed and then archived for legal record-keeping.
5. Your rights
If you live in a jurisdiction that grants data subject rights (EEA/UK GDPR, California CPRA, etc.), email hello@365ui.com to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
365UI is a B2B product and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. For material changes we will notify customers via email.
